Belen, Honey, as long as your vitamins and calcium citrate are chewables that is fine, You can get these at Wal-Mart! The Calcium might be more difficult to get at Wal-Mart but you can get them at The Vitamin Shoppe as well.
Wishing you the very best with your WLS and you new life. If I can help in anyway Pm me.

GNC carries liquid vitamins and calcium. Also you can take a look at my website. There are many places to find weight loss vitamins, protein and much more. bariatriclinks.com

Hi,

Do you only need liquid or will chewable work? I use bariatric advantage for my multi & calcium citrate. They are chewables. I didn't start taking vitamins til I was eating real food. My dr. said the first two weeks I was fine because of the protein drinks had all the vitamins. I would check with your Dr's office. I hope this helps!

Belen,

My surgeon said Centrum chewables and tums were fine.  You can find these at Safeway or Longs, or WalMart like Joy said.  I don't have a Vitamin Shoppe too close by but I opened the yellow pages and found a great alternative closer and was able to get the liquid vitamin D that my PCP wanted me to take.

Best of luck on your surgery, sending warm thoughts and prayers for a uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery too.

Hugs,
Barb

Oh, one more thing I forgot to mention. B-12 is no long absorbed after RYN, so, get some B12 sublingual (under the tongue). It is very inexpensive and I get mine at Trader Joe's for under $ 5.)) for 100 tablets.2 a day for life!!!!!
