I'm a little late but looks like everyone answered your questions. You can handle the liquid diet I did it for two weeks before date until they pushed it back good luck again.

I got the Centrum Chewables and I am wondering if the calcium I got is good the name is Caltrate Chewables but it does not have the mg.
