Southern CA "Centers of Excellence"

I've been perusing the Anthem website and have found nothing regarding Centers of Excellence.  This is disturbing as I'm required to use such a facility for my WLS. 

Does anyone have a list or know where I might find this information?

 I am not sure how to find a center of excellence, but my doctors office is one.  Dr. Oliak in Orange.

You could maybe call him and find out how to get a list....

My doctor is also one. They actually have 3 doctors there. I was with Dr. Lamar and he is wonderful.  You can find them listed under physicians. They are located in Arcadia, CA.

My center  - The N.E.W. Program in Newport Beach is a center of excellence

Dr. Peter Crookes @ USC right there in Los Angeles.  Highly recommended.

Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles is a Center of Excellence.

Both Orange Memorial and Chapman in OC are Center of Excellence hospitals.

Anthem will give you the nearest COE hospital if you call... they'll also tell you who their perffered surgeons are in CA if you ask.
