I am getting so frustrated.. my scale keeps going 2 lbs up and 2 lbs down. It has been this way for almost 3 weeks now and I am getting very discouraged.

Do I need to go back to liquids to get this thing to budge? I am only 7 months out and I would hate to think my losing is over..

What can I do?    Lori W....

Up your water and up your protein Lori, you'll see a big difference.

Hang in their girlfriend, this too shall pass, your not done loosing yet!

We all need to go back to water aerobics!

Hello Surgery sister.  I am in the same boat.  I have not really lost anything in over a month.  I am up and down.  I have been trying to increase my protien, limit my carb intake and increase my water. It is very frustrating.

Hi Lori,

Don't get to stressed over what the scale is showing...I know it is easier said then done.  If you don't you may want to write down what you're eating and see if it is something...carbs??  But, don't worry it will start moving again.  I know my weight has slowed down and I play with a couple pounds here and there, but then it will start moving again...I am sure you are doing everthing right....and remember your losing is not OVER!!!!

You're are doing a great job...just keep it up!!!

Hugs, Michele

Cardio works for me!  Along with water, protein, etc.

Try keeping a food journal for a few days... Remember, NOT EATING ENOUGH WILL STOP YOUR LOSS!!!!!!

Hang in there, it will happen.

I'm also at 7 months out and spent the last month going up and down 2 pounds.  I upped my exercise from 8-10,000 to 15,000 steps a day and the weight started coming off again.  I love my rebounder.  I get on it during commercials and stay on until my 10 minute timer goes off.  It's an easy way (for me) to get in my steps.

Your losing's not over, your body is taking a rest.  I let it rest 3-4 weeks then kick into high gear.
