good Saturday Morning

Shreded low fat cheese.  any kind.  Bacon crumbles - I get a big bag of them from Costco.  Mix the two together in a bowl. 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Put the cheese/bacon in little "haystacks" on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes depending on how crunchy you want them.  I like my cheese just brown around the edges  Scoop them off with a spatula and put on wax paper until cooled.  Blot grease off with a paper towel and store in baggie in the fridge.  Good source of protein but ya gotta watch out!  One will lead to two will lead to three and darn if your day's calories ain't shot right off the get-go.
