Congrats on your surgery and weight loss so far. Are you getting in your daily fluid that's required? Just a note for you, turkey bacon has more sodium than regular bacon. Other than that I'm not sure why your not losing still. We all will hit stalls, maybe your at that point. Don't get discouraged, stay positive. Things will change.

Try your hardest to get them in. They are a vital part of the weight loss regimen. You don't want to dehydrate either. Take care and good luck.

Jenny,

I seem to have a couple of good weight loss weeks but then slow down for 2 as well.  I don't stress over it because I know I am losing inches as well as pounds.  Make sure you take your measurements, as this will help you in the slow times.   I have a tough time taking in all the water too and I think that wil ultimately help.  I'm working on it though.  I hurt my back so I am trying to just walk a bit.

Hang in there,

Hugs,
Barb

It is very important to get your fluids in, i.e. H2O, Crystal lite,SF Popsicles, SF kool-aide, all these will help. I know water alone can get boring after awhile.
Also, are you walking??? You got to move to lose!
I have always lost for a couple weeks...stalled a week and then started up again. Your weight lose will slow the more you lose.
Hang in there your doing great.
I have been in a stall for 5-6 weeks now.Grrrrrr!!

Meatless meatballs? If it ain't meat, what is it? Carbs?

It is common to not lose for weeks on end. If you notice, it may be where your last big stall in conventional dieting (pre-op) happened...maybe the last time you gave up? that has been the case for me.

Hang in there. Keep up your water and vitamins.
