Calling all nature artists!!

As some of you may know, I am a closet tattoo freak. But, my hubby doesn't like tattoos, so if I want any, I have to do little bits at a time, so he doesn't notice. That's not true, he always notices! Anyway, this time I want to commemorate my surgery. I'd like to do a HUGE frog on my ENTIRE back, with my surgery date in there. But hubby will never agree. So, I'm compromised, and am going to get some hibiscus on the inside of my right leg, just about the ankle. I would like a scroll, or something with my surgery date.

Soooo, is there anyone out there that would like to design this for me? I would like for it to look REALLY natural, I love the beauty of the hibiscus.. something about Hawaii, I'm not sure. I don't know, in this case, what type of reciprocity there should be, so help guide me there too?

Yes, I go to sleep now. In 9 minutes, my surgery will officially be "tomorrow"!!!

I am a closet tattoo freak too...maybe not so closet...I want a couple more - one as a tribute to my folks and another to commemorate my WLS journey - I am just having a hard time deciding what I want and where I want it...oh and of course the $$...and where to get it done....I would love to go to LA Ink but I fear they would be to expensive for me.....oh well we can dream huh.

psssst.... don't tell my husband... but LA Ink is one of my favorite shows!! Try looking them up through the TV Network they are on, and maybe you can get hooked up! They only do cool stories, and I think that commemorating your WLS journey is one of the coolest stories around!

First, Good luck on your surgery today!!! 

As for the tattoo.  My daughter has a few...well she has 25 tattoo's.  The place she goes to, they do a GREAT job.  It is called Fanatic in Anaheim 714-956-1178.  She said all you have to do is tell them what you want and they can design it.  She said if you would like to see any of her tattoo's you can pm me and I can give you a link to her myspace/facebook.
