We are going to.....

DISNEYLAND...  Wooo Hoooo!!! 


As Joey grew up he wanted to go to Disneyland, I told him when he was 5 I would take him.. Well when he turned 5, Chloe was only 3.. So I made a promise to him that when Chloe turned 5, I promised to take them both.

Well my friend and her family are taking a family trip up to Disneyland March 16th thru the 20th and to San Diego till the 21st, and they have invited me, Joey and Chloe to come along. Their only requirement is we pay our own food, and we pay for our Park Hopper Tickets.. WOW how sweet..

I wasn't to sure if the DH was going to be able to get the time off seeing as he took a week off for Christmas, 2 weeks off for my surgery, and a week off for the Memorial Services for my Gram and Pop..  BUT they agreed that I needed a "positive" outing and gave him the leave.. YEA!!!  But there will be NO MORE for a LONG while.. LOL  

That is OKAY I will take it.. *wink*..  So I am happy to say, we are going to Disneyland.. I have not been there in YEARS, and don't remember much of it when I did go as I was so young..  SO it is kinda like going again for the first time..

I can't wait to see the look on Joey and Chloe's face when we get there..

P.S. UPDATE: I am doing well, and have been taking ALL my vitamins since last Wed..

Good for you Jenn!  I am very excited for you.  I have been wanting to go to Disneyland for Years!!!  I have not been since I was a kid.........over 35 years ago and would just love to take the Grandkids but it's just so expensive.

Fortunately due to my DH being in the Military, we only have to pay $300 for our three day park hopper tickets.. (1 Adult 2 Kids)  SO that helps..

Hopefully sometime soon you will make it too.

Wahoo . . . how fun!!!!  You will have a ball . . . I miss my annual pass .  . . but it doesn't do me much good right now since I'm working 2 jobs lol!  HAVE FUN!!!!!

So, DH will be home with the other 3? I amglad you finally are able to make good on your promise to Chloe and Joey. Ride one really "make you bark" ride for me while you are there! LOL
