I FINALLY made it to ONEderland!!!!! I swear, it is true! I NEVER, as many of you have thought in the past, thought that I would EVER see that number again in my life time, but I did, this morning! 199.8 pounds... LOL, I know some "regular" people would say, "199.8 that is almost 200 babe, nothing small about that.", but we all know what a HUGE deal that is. I was hoping to make it to that # before my b-day, which was last Sunday, but I will take it today! for sure, you bet cha!!

Thanks for all the support I get in this room. You all help me make it day by day.

All your comments are well appreciated!!! I really dont think I could have done this without all your support. I cannot find a support group down here (as Becky can tell you) so you all mean alot to me!!
As for doing something for MYSELF today... LOL, I am cleaning the house!!! I guess it is for myself considering if I dont clean it, I have to sit in the mess! hahahaha (remodeling is making everything very dusty)

There are support group at Sharp Memorial 3 times a month . . . 1st Monday is general, 2nd Monday is nutrition and 3rd Monday (I think) is maintenance . . . open to everyone - no charge.  If you want contact info, let me know.

The group at Positive Choice I do not find helpful, but it is better than nothing. (well almost) I also heard of a group at Alvarado, but do not know if you have to have had your surgery there to go to group.
I find support is very helpful and necessary for me.
