Its Whacky Wednesday Weigh IN
Okay you guys...you know the drill....post those numbers whether you have lost or gained. As Chris said...we want to surpass the one ton mark this year......we were close last year!!!
For me I am up in my weight....5 pounds to be exact and I am freaking out. I am going back to super super basics to jump start the scale going in the right direction.
It is hard to be honest....but there you have it....I need the support to get back to where I was and maybe a little more...it is always easy not to be compliant and yes I do trip and scrape my knees here and there!
I hope the rest of you are doing your job!!! Eat right, drink water and eat those vitamins!!!

As for me I am down 1 lb . But, as I posted in another thread...still somewhat swollen. How long does it take for the swelling to go away after plastics? Just curious....
I am anxious to get back to some real exercise and start working my arms and legs...I go back to my plastic surgeon next week and will find out more from him then.

For me, I am the same. This is the best! I am exactly where I want to be and so far so good.
DH and I are going to take Sammi to school on our way to get his injections in his back. I always get nervous with these but at least I'll be there.

Don't freak out, do what you're doing and get back to basics.
I held steady this week. Nothing lost or gained this week. UGH. I am still surprised that by only eating 500 calories per day I didn't loose and I am religious about weighing, measuring and entering everything in to Fitday.. But last week and the week before were really big losses, so I think the body is re-adjusting. I know I need to up my water, which I am working on. Since my back has giving me fits, my walking has not been up to par either, so since that is better, I will be working on getting that started again. I am not freaking out, I know inches are dropping because my pants are going with them! LOL

Today I am down 2 pounds! Yippee!!! I go to the doc today for a fill. I need to work on my "head hunger" and sweets. I am terrible!
Anyway, I am so glad the scale moved this week!

Ate some Salami and cheese before I went to the gym and for some reason Oscar the grouchy pouchy objected. He's never objected to salami before but this time boy-howdy. I sat there while Joe ate dinner and had to get up and run to the bushes. I thought I'd be ok after that and went to the gym. Had to get up and run from the bike after about 15 minutes on it. Hrmmmm. Time to go home. By that time I just wasn't feeling well at all. Called it a night and went to bed early. Jammied up in my yellow and green froggy jammies and snuggled in my chair for a bit next to the fire. Today is going to be a better day!

Hopefully my Blood Pressure will start getting better so I can exercise.
