I AM APPROVED FOR RNY REVISION SX

Just wanted to let everyone know I have been approved for RNY revision surgery (stoma enlarged and pouch has widened). My doctors office submitted the paperwork and to my shock and surprise they approved it right away. The only bummer is that this surgery will be open vs. laprascopic. My doctor feels this is the best choice as he feels there will be much scar tissue, and he is going to repair my hernia too. Thanks for all the support these last few months. I hope to join you on the losers bench once more.

I am so sorry you have to have it open, but on the bright side, you are apporved and getting things fixed.. I had 2 c-sections, and they weren't that bad.
