Well its that time again when you tell how you "Moved to Lose" today and remember everything counts so just chime in.

Ms Blues, I am sorry to hear about your mother having to have surgery and will keep her in our thoughts and prayers for a safe and speedy recovery.

This weekend is the LB Marathon and I want to wish everyone that is participating from our OH family the best of luck.....We will be routing (sp?) you all on and looking forward to seeing the numbers on Monday.

We moved to lose a total of just over 9 miles yesterday !!!

Have a great day all............Rick

Good morning Rick. It was great walking with you, Susan and Jean last night. Great way to clear the mind. Today my 'move to lose' will be walking around Verizon Wireless Amphitheater for Jack's 4th Show (Jack-FM). I will probably log a couple miles there. Have a great day!! =)

I walked 1 mile today.  I was lazy last week so I have to get out there and move again.

Hey Rick,

I got in 1.25 miles in this morning and most of it was uphill!!! It was very foggy so when I got home I was really soaked from the moisture in the air as well as the sweat!!!

Have a terrific Saturday :)

Evening Rick
I really have to say Thank You, Rick...your continued posting of this thread has kept me motivated to keep on movin' ;-)   I made the 'kids' really happy this morning by taking them on their walk...at least 1.5 miles..might have been a little bit more as I. added an extra 1/2 block.  After all the running around I did today..guess I should get me a pedometer...gotta be at least another mile! LOL

Good luck tomorrow to all who participating in the LB marathon!  Proud of all of you for making the effort ^_^
