Aloha ALL

Hard to believe its just a few days to ONE YEAR!! There is NO comparison to how I feel and certainly to how I look!! LOL

But mostly I want to talk about what a success this has been! I can move, sit, stand, walk, do EVERYTHING with more ease and energy than I ever remember! I told you about Disneyland, and about flying IN COACH! with no seatbelt extender and with the tray table down and my legs crossed JUST BECAUSE I CAN!! and if that was all, I'd be forever grateful, but there is so much more! You can't ever imagine until you're on the other side of this, and even though you told me that I didn't believe until I could believe.

I'm grateful to all of you for the support and prayers and just plain old good advice! My hair is growing in strong (you were right! Protein and Biotin!) and although that was scary to see the thinning and FEAR the bald spots it NEVER got that bad....

I can eat many things, but I am a FREAK about my protein levels and eating slowly!!! I only had to have that HORRIBLE reaction 2 times to get it in my head what the word SLOW actually means!! LOL

I am not someone who wishes to test everything out there! I chose this surgery to CHANGE and by following the rules, I believe I have. If you are new, or not yet "surgery" then I urge you (as all here do) CHANGE your WAYS! You have the PERFECT tool to become the "in charge of your life" person you ALWAYS wanted to be and the only way you can fail at that is to lose sight of what is really important.
We did this for our HEALTH and the "gravy" is how we look!

I pray you are as able to grasp your goals as I have been. You can do it! and these people can help! you're not alone!

I have lost 100lbs and I am 23 short of goal in ONE YEAR! Thank you all for helping me be this! If I could master the computer I'd post my picture, but instead of sitting in front of this all day, I'm walking! who would have thought it!

Hugs to all
