Greetings all,

Well its that time again to share with everyone how You Moved To Lose today and remember every little bit counts.........Important thing is just get moving.

For me I will be at my buddies kennel trying to get him situated for his training classes. I am still pretty swollen (look like a chipmunk) from my surgery on Friday and still pretty sore. I plan on being at the park tonight to get in a good walk so I can get back in the swing of things. Hopefully tomorrow I can get back to doing my Gilad workout from Fit TV

Have a great day all.............Rick

Rick!!!  It's too darn early to be thinking of exercising!!! LOL  But, I did bring my tennies so I can get my  3 laps in here at work and then another 30 minutes of walking the dogs when I get home.  If I'm really ambitious and I get home before dark, I might stretch the dog walking to 45min...did that Saturday and unbelievably, I felt fantastic afterwards.  Probably had to do with the fact that I was so darn proud of myself for walking that long and that far ;-)

Happy to hear you are doing better after oral surgery. A chipmunk?  Gotta put up pictures for that one LOL   Rinsing with warm sal****er can help with the soreness and can ward off any infection.  Take care and I hope you continue to mend.

Hi all.  I have been having trouble moving lately because of all the rain.  My old Uncle Arthur (you know him, Arthur Ritis!) has been visiting.  But I did get on my Gazelle this morning for 7 whole minutes.  Yesterday I managed 15, so I think I can try again tonight when I get home from work.
Wish me luck.

Hi Rick!

Sorry to hear that you are still swollen and sore. I hope you start feeling better soon. Today I walked about 3 miles. I had to guage it because I forgot my pedometer in the car. But I did go a little further than yesterday and that was my goal. I am going to try some brisk walking. I have to challenge myself.
