Ok....Lets see if it will post today LOL

Its that time of day again to tell everyone what you did to "Move to Lose" and remember everything counts. From vacuming the house to chasing the dog, as long as we just keep moving.

I had the chance to meet one of the forum members this morning and speak at her Kaiser Options class. Had a great time talking and answering a ton of questions from people that are getting ready to have their surgery. Felt good to give back like others had in our class.

For me. well I am going to do my first walk in the park in over two weeks since I had my foot worked on and am looking so forward to it. Hope some others can make it.

Have a great day all.........Rick

I have jury duty today and we are going out to dinner tonight.  I do use the steps to get on the second floor of the court house.  That is about all the movin' to lose I am doing today!

Have fun tonight Rick!

I rode my bike to lunch and back.  Then this evening I put on some old rock music and walked around the house for 45 minutes.  It was at a good pace.  During that time I put the kettle on and had some chamomile tea with a little milk, orange juice, and Splenda...Kept me warm.
