Well its that time of day again to tell all what you did to "Move to Lose" today and remember every thing counts.......From walking the dogs to cleaning house. The important thing here is that we just keep moving.

For me its going to be a treadmill workout day. I got on the beast yesterday for a little workout and will do a longer one today. Hopefully I will be at the park tomorrow to do a good walk and get back in the swing of things again.

Have a great day..........Rick

I was in the pool at 530 a.m. and swam 72 laps which is 1800 yards which is a little over a mile in distance.

In addition to that, I walk about a mile a day during my daily routine and commute, always parking as far away as possible and taking the stairs.

This morning turned out to be a great workout.  I was angry and cold when I got in the water.. and so wanted to stay in my nice warm bed... but I am glad that I got my butt in gear.

Have a great day!
