Only three more classes for my options program then the new year and a NEW ME!!! After this year I so need it.

Car accidents, miscarage, I tell you I need a new year, a new me and a new out look on my 30's...LOL

Bring on my last 3 classes!!!

New Goal to reach 245 by Dec 25th 

Only 33 pounds to make it.

I have a good feeling about that day Gus. I think that when you go speak you will be awesome for Katrina's class.

That is like the best day in December next to the holidays of course...lol

I think so too.  A few weeks when I spoke at one of the Options class,  I communicated to the class that the surgery is not for everyone and that almost 4 years out, my honeymoon is over.

My message I wanted to point out was that it becomes harder and harder and one has to really decide how they want to take advantage of the "tool". 

That is so great that you go and speak to the classes. I met Rick at my last class and my instructor was nice enough to let him speak. He did a great job and everyone liked him being there. The instructors can tell you how it is all day long but to have someone who is living it is completely different. I am glad that he was able to speak sincie I dont think they had anyone scheduled to come into our class. I commend you for taking your own time to help others like that.

Way to go!  I'm glad you're doing so great in your classes!  One of the best decisions I have ever made was to get my RNY.  My son was cleaning up an old hard drive from a computer and ran across some old pictures of me.  He said........."Mommy I didn't realize you were that big.  You were just HUGE.  But I'm so glad you took care of that".  How nice is that?  Soon, you'll be on that road too!

ps..........I am soooooo going to have to come meet you at Disneyland!  That's like my total favorite place in the whole wide world!  Give Tigger a hug for me please.  He's my bestest buddy!
