CLIQUES - NOT CLICKS
If this is going to be the topic of the day, to add credibility to the messages, please spell the word correctly. It is
CLIQUES - as a noun= 1. a small, exclusive group of people; coterie; set
as a verb= 2. informal. to form, or associate in, a clique.
CLICKS - as a noun= 1. a slight, sharp sound. At the CLICK of the latch, the dog barked.
2. a small device for preventing backward movement of a
mechanism, as a detent or pawl.
There are more definitions, but become even more obscure than the
second one.
Thank you very much from the spelling bee champion of the state of Califonia, 1976. I was in 6th grade at the time.
