one year surgiversary

Today is my one year surgery anniversary. I can not believe that a year has already gone by. I feel wonderful, I have not had any complications to speak of. I have dumped a couple of times. I have got food stuck alot, but I can work it out.

I have lost 114 pounds since surgery and a total of 166 pounds gone. I can do so much more than I ever could do since I was a teenager. I can walk without my cane, or a scooter. I can cross my legs. I wear a size 10 jeans. Med and sm tops.

I love this so much. I only wish I did this when I first thought abou*****ears ago. I spread the word where ever I go to all who ask. I try to help others when ever I can. I would love to become a support group leader here in Amador County because we do not have any meetings here. I have to travel and sometimes that just can't happen. So I do not get the real support I need.

Thank you all so much for all your support. I  love you all.

Good luck to everyone either if you are starting out or are a success.

It sure is good C'ING LESS OF ME!

We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty,
some are dull, some have weird names,
& all are different colors....but they

ALL exist very nicely in the same box.

Congratulations and thank you so much for sharing.  It is always so good to hear from those who have been out a while.  It really gives me hope!

Congratulations Sue!  You have so much to be proud of!  And I know I'm proud of you!!  One of these days we'll have to get a get-together of the Northern Calif gals and guys over into the Central Valley (and of course, ANYONE else who can make the trip!)  Keep up the hard work...you are a motivational model for me....I wanna be where you are in just a few more months ^_^
