Greetings all,

Well its that time of day again were we tell all what you did to "Move to Lose" today and just remember everything counts as long as we just keep moving.

I did my little walk in the park with Susan last night and got just under 1 1/2 miles in before we had to call it. Susan's asthma flared up while we were walking and she didnt have her inhaler with her. So we just played it safe and called it. I plan on being at the park again tonight but dont think Susan is going to be able to make it. So if anyone wants to join in on the fun, we will be there at 6pm.

Have a great day all..........Rick

I went to a free yoga class this morning in Long Beach....under a tree over-looking the ocean, it was beautiful! Very granola-hippie instructor who was wearing dredlocks and pregnant with her 2nd baby, the first one was running around the park with dredlocks too. (Only in Long Beach!)

I have NO FLEXIBILTY. Just about every pose was a challenge for me.

Tonight I'm heading over to my brand new gym for some weight training and to do my four mile run.

I wish I could go to the park tonight. I am not going to work since I am having some vision issues. I will try and get a short bike ride to the mailbox and back. It is a little under a mile. So pretty good for someone working with 1 1/2 eyes right now.

Nathalie :)

1 Mile (72 laps) in the pool this morning before 630 a.m.... and walking!  Im moving but not losing... and trying really hard not to be so completely bummed about an almost month long stall.. and I am really Really REALLY trying to keep the faith that my body is just adjusting to the changes... and will start losing again... sooner rather than later!

:)... someone please tell me they've stalled like this or experienced something similar around the 4 and a half month mark!?!

As soon as I started exercising earnestly and really pushing the envelope the losses stopped... dunno how much longer this is gonna last... help! I still have 130#s to goal!

Hope everyone is having a fabulous day!

Well, let me assure you that you are not the only one LOL. I broke a 7 week stall a few weeks back and now im on another because I couldnt get out there moving while my foot was in a cast and had stiches in it.

Most likely you are losing inches not pounds at the moment so please dont get discouraged. It was driving me nuts going weel after week not losing an ounce. I lost 170 pounds in a short period of time and I was feeling the same way. Just keep doing what you are doing and if you can increase your protein intake a bit......Trust me, it will start again

Have a great day...........Rick

well today I am posting for my activity that I did yesterday.....if that makes any sense.  I'm doing the turkey trot 10k next week, so I had to see if I was able to do the 6 miles.  I was able to do it in just over an 1hr-15min. so I should have no problem for next week.  The only thing is, I'm so sore today....ugh!!  but that's not gonna stop me from exercising the rest of the week.
