Good morning Cali,

Today is a great day, counting down to the weekend festivities.  Nor Cal lunch, a wine and cheese on Sunday - woo hoo!!  I got some more Christmas shopping done.  Not doing a whole lot this year just for the kids.

I had my annual evaluation from the director, not bad, could be better.  She has been on a rampage and everyone was scared of what she was going to do.  All for not!

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good Morning Cali Crew.  Joe's gone back to work finally and me getting used to his new hours is going to mess with my sleep schedule a bit.  Everything in life takes a bit of adjustment!

We're still on puppy watch.  Thought it was happening last night but I know we're getting close.  My father called me last night and told me that under no uncertain cir****tances was I to offer a puppy to my mother and if she asked I was to tell her they were all spoken for!  OMG!  I told him well one way to deal with that was to BUY them all and then let me give them away!  He has no humor................. ;)  He just doesn't want to be the one to pick up the dog droppings, do the training and all the bathing.  I don't blame him - sometimes it gets a bit much.

Today brings me more of the same.  Paperwork.  (I know I have my flame thrower around here somewhere).  I also have a phone interview by some higher up mucky muck about Employee Engagement.  Because I am so involved in so many employee activities, they want to know how I get people motivated, involved, etc.  This should be interesting!

Off I run................ need to go vote in the local radio contest for Sexiest Man Alive.  I won't win but my vote is for Sam Elliott!  He may be old by my goodness...............

Oh MoMo, I so concur! I can love me some Sam Elliot! Damn! I fell in love with him in Mask, when I was a teeny bopper! Although I love all the movies he is in. I love how distinguished and rugged he looks. Like a live breathing Marlboro man! Lol!!
ps. Nice to see your smiling face again. Until yesterday, couldn't see any of your posts.Technical flaw? idk, the important thing is I see you know! Lol! Have a fantastic day.

I so agree with you Momo....Sam Elliott has always been on my sexy list.  He is a rough, worn bad boy kind of sexy.  I, like Michelle, loved him in Mask and he was to die for in Tombstone.  He played a very sexy cowboy.  I have to say though, I have a thing for a man in a cowboy hat, duster and boots.....Yummy!!!

Vote away!!!  If I was there, I would be voting right beside you for him.

My great hope is to laugh as much as I cry; to get my work done and try to love somebody and have the courage to accept the love in return.-- Maya Angelou

Sam Elliot is so freaking  wow.  I remember him from the 70"s I think he was in a movie Big Wednesday, He had that rugged look and gravely voice.

Good Morning Katt and Cali Crew!
Today, I am a wee bit busy. I am filling in for a friend at work. Thats ok, means more money for the holidays. When ever I work more than I originally thought I was going to work, I always figure out that money and set it aside for the "fun fund". Makes it worth it for me! Lol
I know a lot of people are off seeing doctors and getting out of the hospitals and getting over being sick. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers, whatever your needs may be.
I agree with Katt, I hope everyone gets a chance to attend one of the coffee or gatherings being held. Or if you are inspired by the runners, go and volunteer for Kirsten on a weekend for the water stand. Makes a wonderful outing and talk about inspiration. Between her, Monica, Lizr, Lola, and the many other athletes we have among us, we have some great role models! Keep up the great work, ladies!
Have a fantastic day!
