Anybody ever done this?

The Lights are lovely, and Stephanie I love the boat parade. Although I have never seen it from the shore. My uncle has a boat and we are always in the parade. LOL

I've never done it at Griffith park.  Used to always do it when I lived in Florida at one of our larger parks.  It's so beautiful.

Mike and I are going to the Newport Boat Parade this year if anyone wants to join us. Not sure of the exact date yet though. It is so nice.  We take the ferry over to Balboa and see all the houses decorated and watch the boat parade too.  Lots of walking around and gorgeous home decorations.  Balboa has a contest for residents and they really take it seriously.

I can only imagine how beautiful the Griffith Park display is.  It's nice that they are going to do that even with the budget problems this year.
