Contra Costa OH Support Squad meeting tomorrow !!!!!

Hi everyone!

I haven't been on the boards much, had a surgery to take care of and a few other things.  But I am in ship shape and raring to see my Contra Costa peeps tomorrow!

The meeting is in the Event center room, which is in the Raleys store on Sand Creek Rd. in Brentwood at 10:00am.  We'll be discussing ways to enjoy the holidays while staying on track (both for pre-ops and post-ops) food-wise and with your fitness.

We will also have a clothing exchange after the meeting, so please bring out your wrong-size clothing (clean and marked with the size, please) .
