HI all,

Gus..Sorry about the pain. Mystery pain is bad enough, but not knowing what the hell it is would be a bit freaky.  Every once in a while I seem to get lower abdomen mystery pain too.

Dolores....you have my sympathy with traffic. Since I drive from Santa Cruz to Los Altos everyday, I listen to traffic reports and it seems your area gets slammed a lot with accidents and jams. 

Not much going on here except getting through two slow days of work.  This is a dangerous situation for me because being at work and slow equals wanting to munch out at my desk to quell the boredom. I miss my hi-tech days of being trusted to be in the office when needed and out when we weren't needed. Oh well!

Morning Michele and Cali Gang...from wet, cold and rainy Washington!  Happy Pre-Thanksgiving Day to all.  Have no idea what is happening here in OH Town; I feel like I have been on a different planet for 4 days LOL  I do appreciate Barb posting pictures of the No CAL luncheon...sure wish I could have been there.  And I did get the voice mail you all left...how I wish I would have heard the phone ring!  :-(

It's wet and rainy here in the Northwest..but I expected that when we left Cali. Except we woke up Sunday morning in Weed (our half way mark for driving) to an inch of snow!  Poor dogs didn't know what to make of that LOL  We're staying at Lon's son's house and his wife and I will attempt to make Steph's sweet potato pie this afternoon.  Might even attempt Steph's pumpkin pie also; even tho there are diabetics in this family...they don't cook or eat like it! grrrrrrrr.  Tomorrow we head for Lon's brother's house for TD dinner..will probably pick up Lon's mom and drive her over with us.

I miss all of you and will make a point of getting caught up on all of your shananigans...oops..activities...later today.  I'm dying to find out how Kirsten's marathan training went, who helped out at the water stations, etc..what trouble has Rhonda been up to..probably got Diane and Becky to go along with her ;-)...what wonderful Fun has Jean been up to...how is Naomi doing with her PT...and the Northern gals?  Can't wait for Eileen to post pictures of her new digs... and Barb..have you posted the yard art yet??  Also, I think Cathy C had a support meeting last weekend..how did that go?  Delores..how is Ms V and that gorgeous DH of yours doing? You sure looked great in the Nor Cal pictures!  And Tammy...you have PS on the 5th?  Will definitely be thinking and praying for you!

Well, gotta go...DIL is up and cooking breakfast for Lon...should go in and be sociable LOL  I'm wishing all of you a Wonderful and Blessed Thanksgiving Day!

Nancy......it was a tough 10 mile run......but I made it.  My legs were cramping badly and weren't happy with me at all!  No volunteers last weekend....but I've got a few lined up in the weeks to come!  Yay!!!!!  Thanks for thinking of me!

I am a free woman at  last.  Jury duty is over!  Gus I sure understand about your pain.  I have had one for 33 1/2 years and I can't get him to leave! (LOL)  Honestly I would be lost with out my husband. I hope you feel better.  After court today I went to the mall and did a little bit of Christmas Shopping.  I needed to clear my head some before I came home.  It really felt good because we had been in a small room all day.  Well that is my big news!
