HAPPY THANKSGIVING CALI CREW!!

Happy Turkey Day to everybody!

I hope everybody enjoys their Thanksgiving today, whether you are celebrating with family, friends, or a mixture of both. I am wishing you love, friendship, happiness, and acceptance. Please keep in your thoughts those that have lost loved ones through this past year or those that have ailing family and friends among them. I know there are a few people that have to work today, we will keep you in our thoughts, as well. I am thankful to all of you that have honestly and with an open heart have supported me along my journey of wls. I don't know where I would be if I didn't have this forum to open up doors for me, that I wouldn't have otherwise have thought available to me. I am a different person this year than I was last.
I don't expect a lot of people to post today, due to the flurry of activities. But I am wishing everybody the best of everything today. If you are traveling today, please be careful. If you are expecting guests, make sure you sit down and enjoy your guests. If you are a guest, think of the prepreation that your host had to go through! Good luck to those pre- and post-op under 6 months, I know this is your first holiday, as it is mine. But we can do it with healthy choices. Remember your water and vitamins.
