Whatcha eating today?

B: Coffee Protein Shake (29 protein)
S: 2 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges (5 protein)
L: Purred Soup 1 cup with 1/2 cup Fage Dip (30 protein)
S: Myoplex Protien shake (25 protein)
D: 1/2 cup ground beef and 1/2 cup tomatoes (25 protein)
S: Hard boiled egg (6 protein) and cup of n/f milk with sf vanilla cap.  YUMMY (9 protein)

H2O: 64 oz
Vitamins: Took them all! ;-) 
Exersise: Does typing count?

I looked everywhere and could not find my shaker that I use to mix protein and water.  So instead....I mixed a pitcher of water and 4 scoops of protein that equals 64 ounces of water and 92 grams of protein. It's almost finished.

I got hungry a few minutes ago and made a quesadilla with a corn tortilla and cheese. I ate about 3/4ths of it and now I'm FULL!
