I know this has probably already been asked a MILLION times - but I'm too lazy to look for it

What do I need to look at as far as vitamins and such before surgery? I'm on a monthly pay cycle - on disability - So I need to plan accordingly...  Everything I see on bariatriceating.com is WAY expensive - I don't want to jeopardize my health and not take vits. I know I need them - I just need to find the least costly way to do so!!

I'm not getting anything YET I just want to look at my options so I get an idea of who I have to beg for money

I got most of mine from Wal*Mart and CVS some of the more questionable vits we were told to get before surgery I got at the vitamin shoppe. Same as my Isopure.

I buy most of mine at Walgreens and look for the Buy One get One Free.  I also them @ Costco which last me forever.

Hello!

Just wanted to give my two cents. I get most of my vitamins at Wal-Mart or Costco. I would definitly look into the bariatric advantage recovery program. Look at the website that Toni gave, your surgeon's office has to complete the paperwork, but its easy. Costco products do last a long time, as they are big bottles, but if you don't have a membership then Walgreens or Rite-Aid always have buy 1 get 1 free on their vitamins. You are getting very good advice from everybody, here. I hope some of it helps.

I was going to tell you to look at the Bariatric Advantage Program as well.  They are really good vitamins.  Good Luck!
