I started OH support group leader training today

I took the first class today to become a Obesity Help Support Group Leader. As soon as I complete the 3 classes this week I will have my online support group up and running.

I am also going to start a local support group here in Amador County, in Jackson at the local hospital. I would like to know if anyone that lives in this area or close by would like to join me for my support group. If so what would be a good day and time for you. I will take all the dates and choose the best one. I am thinking of doing it at first one day a month and if the need arises I will add more dates. I have already contacted the hospital and all I have to do is let them know what the date is. So please let me know ASAP and I will set it up.
