Good morning everybody...Thank god it's Thursday. Just one more day till Friday....yahooo!

Anna and I are doing wonderful! Anna is feeling great but sometimes get a little too tired. Other than that...so far so good! We should find out the sex sometime in late February.

THanks for the shoot out.  I was super giddy excited this morning when my scale moves, not one, not two, not three but FOUR that's right FOUR pounds.  Finally!  I know it's not about the number but I set a goal for myself and I am going to reach it, even if it is for a moment.  :-) 


So, today is super busy.  I have lots of chart audits to complete some paperwork to do and a lot of preparation for the return on my crazy work days.  My fakacation is coming to an end.  :-(

Thanks for a wonderful shout out! STAY OFF THAT ANKLE! You don't want to be in that 10 pd cast longer than neccessary. With DD going to a friends house, don't try to do too much. I am sure she will let you have it, as will many others, if you do!

Today is a bad day for me. My MS started to flare up this morning at 3am. So needless to say, I didn't get ;much sleep. My body aches, I am in pain, I can't move. I haven't had a flare up in 1 1/2 years. I was just talking about this to Nathalie, I think I jinxed myself. So most of the meds I have are from pre-surgery, I am afraid they are too strong. I am going to try to wait this out, but if I have to I will go to the ER tonight, for a shot. I am just going to rest today. drink plenty of fluids and try to alter my diet, sometimes this seems to help. Been hearing of a trial that says the venom of bees can help with the pain too. But its winter and no bees, lol.

So I guess no walking for me today. This is just a flicker of a setback, and I am ok with that. I hope I am feeling better, tomorrow.

Hey Cali Crew and Miss Lu,

Cali- I am so tired today.  I got an extra workout by helping a friend move last night.  I promised her that if she ever needed my help, she could call on me.  Well, she did and responded.   Because I knew her landlord was extra nice to her these recent months, I wanted to make sure that the place was as clean as possible.  I scrubbed the kitchen down really well, using scouring pads & cleaners, sweeping, mopping and packing up all the contents from the kitchen cabinets.  I made sure that all the closets were emptied.  She had forgotten a lot of stuff, so I am glad I double-checked.  I threw away all of the hangers that she was going to leave.  We carried a bunch of stuff to the garbarge.  We carried more stuff to her grandmother's house (2 trips).  I told her to vacuum the bedrooms.  I really wanted to show her landlord that she appreciated his cooperation when she was going through a rough time.  She might not get her deposit back, but they will not have to do too much work in that unit.  We did not finish until 10:40 pm.  I am so sore today, but I am glad that I was able to help a friend in need. 

Lu- thanks for the shout out! I hope you feel better.  Being in a cast sucks big time.  Been there , done that and don't ever want to do it again.                      

 I am trying really hard to get in the best shape I can for these two races coming up.  One (L.A.) I really did not plan on doing , but, I stepped up to the challange and paid my $$, therefore; I have to do this.

I would also like to thank you Lu for the shout out.  I know it is hard to be locked up in the house, so I hope you feel better and that ankle heals soon.  You and your sister have just been through to much.  I hope 2010 is much better. 

Well my DIL called this morning and we went to Target.  They got moved into their new house yesterday.  They still have a lot of stuff to do.  The house turned out really nice.  They got it at auction and it was a filthy mess.  I told them they took a beautiful house that was in squalor and turned it into a beautiful home.  It is much bigger than the house they were living in and the kids were having so much fun last night.  Ryan was running all over and smiling and when he would come in  to a room where we were he would say, "Ta Da!" I don't know why he would say that,but he was enjoying himself. He showed me his new room and took me into the closet and turned on the light and showed me his closet too.  All the bedrooms have walk-in closets.  Devan was crawling all over the place, just going from room to room.  I was following her. 

I am going to get my hair cut, then meeting a couple of friends at the movies to see That's Complicated, and I will finish up the day with a 1 hour Pilate's class.  Boy I am going to be busy today.  

Hopefully my husband can help me post my new pictures this weekend.

thanks for the mention this morning...you really did a bang up job!!  I can't remember what I had for breakfast this morning let alone what everyone else has been posting so far this week. ;-)

today is not much other than work.  wasn't sure if I had to take my Trudy to the vet today or not; she decided to take on ChaCha cat...and she lost :-(  got swatted in the eye last nite and I was afraid the eye ball was scratched but hubby says she's doing fine so we'll just keep an eye (pun intended) on her.  Maybe I should put a Captain's patch over it..let her play pirate for a day or 2 ^_^

going to go the jewelers after work and pick up my rings...2nd time having them downsized so they quit flopping around on my finger.  I'm also doing it to keep me honest...if they start getting tight again...well, we'll know it wasn'****er gain!! LOL

Almost time to scoot outta here...thanks again Lu for the mention...and take care!  Stay off that foot!  It's swollen enough just being broken...don't add to it by trying to walk around ;-(
