Did you "Move to Lose" today
Greetings everyone,
Well its that time again to tell us all what you did to "Move to Lose" today and just remember everything counts as long as we just keep moving.
For me, well I got called in early to work (hence the reason for the early post) so I guess I have to do the treadmill tonight when I get home. The gym seems to be working well for me so far. Have not seen any movement in the scale (its only been a week so far) but I am feeling a lot more flexible. Muscles are sore but thats to be expected.
Have a great day all.............Rick

Hello All - I've not had my surgery yet and I'm trying to get into a regular exercise pattern. As a gift I got this thing from Phillips DirectLife monitor. Kind of cool. I wore it for 7 days without doing anything out of my ordinary day and saw in black and white how much of a slug I am. LOL I've dusted off my Wii Fit and will be doing that each morning as my first start to movement. This nifty activity monitor will show how much more active I'll be getting too.
