St. Joseph's Hospital??

Did anyone here go through their program? How long did it take before you had surgery? I went to their informational seminar Tuesday night and now I am very discouraged. I was hoping to have one of the banding surgeries and lose a little bit of weight before my 30th b-day in June, and now I'm not sure that I will even be allowed to have surgery by then with all the requirements they have. Any info or guidance would be welcome.

Be patient with this process. It sometimes takes a while to jump thru all the hoops that insurance companies and surgeons put up for us. Ultimately in the end it is worth it.

Continue to work at losing weight and begin healthy, your surgery will happen when it's the right time for you. I did not go thru the program at St. Joseph's but I was there when I had my plastic surgery done. It's a very good hospital and I was taken good care of. :) Good Luck!
