Good Sunday Morning California...

Yep, I am still up...Choir is serving both services today and I have to be there at 6:30am...I am heading to bed after I post this and hopefully get a couple hours of sleep. What's on your agenda??

Morning Katt and Cali,

Well it is not raining at this moment, but it is supposed to hit hard this afternoon.  I let off for a little yesterday in bits and pieces.  Today is simple, breakfast, church, lunch out and then some quite time at home. 

I made out like a bandit at the Nor Cal lunch.  I found some nice warm sweaters for my trips up north I will be making in a few weeks, Seattle can be very cold and wet (I seem to be cold most of the time!).  we had a great time at the Nor Cal lunch meeting lots of new faces (Bebaugh, Ms. Blues, Monique and Lee just to name a few!!!).  We are always happy to meet new people who share our weight loss journey with us.

Today is house cleaning and laundry day.  I hope I can take a nap too.  I sure do love my naps!

Good evening Cali, I wish I could have gone the the northern CA lunch get together yesterday, but I could not make it. It is kinda far for me, but I hope to make it to one of them. Maybe the next time. I hope everyone had a great day.

I am a new leader and starting a group here in Amador County. I am looking for anyone interested in joining my group. There does not seem to be alot of people in my area on OH, but maybe they do not know about it. But I will be passing on the word.
