Hi everyone! We had such a wonderful time with everyone. We truly have an awesome group don't we? Can't wait to do it again. I am going to double check with Buttercup Kitchen and if they can give us a dedicated room, they have a lot of parking and is close to the freeway too. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks for getting our dates for the year on the calendar. That will really help.

I am so happy you made it along with all of our other new faces! It is a great group for questions, answers and just plain companionship! We are all in different stages of our journey and it helps to see and talk with people who are in the "same boat". Hope you can make it to many more!

Hey Elizabeth! What a fun day Saturday was! And so great to see new faces. I hope your trip home (Merced!) was uneventful...did you hit that rain storm that blew thru shortly after we broke up??

Hope you can make more of the luncheons inspite of the travel...we do have a fun time ;-)

When I got to Tracy it was pouring, as soon as i got to the 5 it had stopped. I stopped by the mall in Modesto to do some shopping and then went to Trader Joe's and got some frozen turkey meat balls. I had read that they are easy to digest and are good, so I thought I would try it.

I do plan on making more luncheons. I really had a good time.

Oh my husband took some pictures last night so when he gets them downloaded into the computer I will post new pictures and a new avatar. Thank you for the compliment. I have worn my hair short since I was a junior in high school. I decided to let it grow out a couple of years ago, but I really do look better in short hair.

Oh! Turkey Meatballs! Ya gotta try Jenny-O's Homestyle or Italian turkey meatballs. They are just so tasty ^_^ They are bigger than the beef (which, INHO don't taste as good) so the serving size is only 3. I get them at Food Max, WalMart or WinCo..all about the same price too ;-)

I wonder if they have them at Raley's or Savemart. We don't have Food Max or Winco. We have a regular WalMart but they do have a small food section. We will go to Raley's today and I will see. Thanks for the suggestion. I really need to broaden my horizon when it comes to food.

I found the Jenny-O's Italian meatballs at Raley's today. I would have tried them for dinner but my son and his wife bought us dinner tonight. They are so great! I had refried beans and cheese. It was good. They are always doing nice things for us!
