~~Daily Thanksgiving~~

Good Morning!  I like the quote... especially the part about actions becoming habits... I think about this often when trying to make the right choices.. some come second nature now.. others are harder :)....

Today I am thankful for...

1.  Faith in that my body is doing what its supposed to do by continuing to lose weight, feel stronger, and my hormones seem to be more normal these days!

2.  For warm down coats... MAN! it was cold, wet and dark out this morning waiting for the bus!  My down coat kept me nice and toasty!

3.  For co-workers who are amazing down to earth and real, and whom I am proud to call friends.

4.  For flocks of birds flying in a V formation headed North (as seen from the Bay Bridge this morning)... that means summer and warm sunny weather is right around the corner!!!

Sure like the words...actions become habits...because I've really been working hard to change some habits! LOL

Today I am thankful for:

Wonderful friends...especially those who are techy smart! (wink wink Barb!)

an occasional 'sick ' day;  even the most dedicated employee deserves a break once in a while ^_^

a good cup of decaf...and the time to sit back and enjoy it...ahhhhhh

Hi Barb and all,

I love the quote. My good and bad choices always start with my thoughts. The more conscience I am of my thoughts, the better choices I make.

Today I am thankful for....

1. My coworker bringing me a yummy apple to eat with lunch
2. Getting through my in-box. My gosh we get a lot of mail where I work
3. My pulled muscle in my calf healing and no longer being really painful

On the other hand I am annoyed that I have 4 12 hour work/community days in a row this week and even though it's only Tuesday, I am already dead dog tired and annoyed I have no time to exercise unless I get only 6 hours of sleep and get up at 5:30 am. GGGRRRRR.........

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome. I am still trying to get the hang of working the board but I'll get there. As I said, I live in San DIego. I've been here for 21/2 years and plan to be here......well until! I do get to the San Jose area once or twice a year. (Livermore actually) Also a very beautiful area. I look forward to getting to know all of you!
