Hello

Hi, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Aisha and I have always read the postings but never really been interactive on the site too much. Anyway just wanted to say hello to everyone and that I am looking to have my surgery, if approved before October but I have to complete this Life Skills class at PMRI. My last class is 8/23 and I am hoping I meet my weight goal. I have been to maybe one support meeting and will be at the next one hopefully. This site seems so full of people who can offer alot of support, so I hope to meet alot of you whether it be at support meetings or other functions. I just pray that I am approved for this surgery. Thanks

Welcome Aisha! I too had to go through the Life Skills classes. They really have helped get prepared for surgery. Good luck with your last class on monday and even better luck on your weight loss journey!! -Joe-
