Is this a typical experiece with Dr's Irgau's and Wynn's Office??
Has taken me a long time with a lot of discussion with my doctor to decide to begin this journey. I'm quite the instant gratification person but walk into this knowing and accepting it is not a quick process. BUT
I called the office of Irgua and Wynn to make an appointment. This was the week before they moved. I was told "we are preparing to move we'll call you back on Tuesday" (of the move) and took my information. The entire next week with their phone problems, I didn't hear from them nor could I get ahold of them. Once I did get ahold of them I was told, we'll call you to schedule and they took my information again.
Again I did not hear from them. I waited 2 days after the said day of call and called again.
Again they took my information and were to call me back those past Tuesday.
It's now Friday and I've not heard a word from them.
Is this typcial? For if this is typcial, I sure could use a recommendation for a different doctor.
Thanks in advance for listening to my rant and thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Sorry you are having problems. Likely their schedule was really messed up with the move. I know when I move it is always pretty hectic for a while. I have never had the slightest problem with them. They have always bent over backwards to accommodate me and have been extremely helpful and nice. I have never hesitated to recommend them highly. Perhaps if you are still considering another practice, you may want to consider the doctors down state or the Barix clinic? You can also check on the MD board ... I know there are some gb surgeons in Baltimore. I have never dealt with any of the other doctors so I can not speak from experience though. I can only recommend the doctors that I have personal experience with Dr Wynn & Dr Irgau, which in my opinion are both excellent.
Best wishes getting everything worked out to your satisfaction!
My personal opinion is that you will not be able to find a better doctor(s)!!! They are the absolute best and have sooooo much experience which is very important. They are really trying to get everything together. Tell them how long you have been trying to get an appointment and if there is something wrong regarding the systems and getting settled in the new office and ask if its possible that they can schedule you now. They are so nice there and I know I had a tough time myself for about 2 weeks in regards to their move. Hang in there! They are getting acclimated to their new environment.
Best wishes on your new journey!!!
