Hi Ken!!! Fellow Delawarian! I use thera flu! My fave. Mostly all of the cold remedies are made with acetominophen and not the other medicines. I believe that is the only type we can use right? acetominophen? Any rate I use theraflu and they work awesome for me. Its a powder you add to ho****er (make sure you put in lots of splenda because its VERY bitter) It does say sweeten to taste on the package but its small print and hard to find and some people dont know they can add "sugar" I add splenda. its a nice warm welcome to the nasty colds. I just got over a cold not too long ago then got this bronchitis junk and found a thera flu expectorant that i used. tylenol cold is good too the kind you put in water and i even used nyquil (although this is strong and has sugars i think) its like taking a shot of vodka or somethign!!! but its made with acetominophen. Hope you feel better soon! Elizabeth M

I don't have my list with me, either. But Tylenol cold formula is definitely safe for us. Good luck. Hope you feel better. Dianne

Ken, Here is the list that I have on file. If in doubt check with the docs. FYI - I started coming down with that cold that my family kept passing back and forth and someone told me to try Ziacam. I called the docs office to make sure that I could take it and they said yes. It lessened my symptoms almost immediately. My "cold" was gone in a couple of days at most, and they symptoms were almost non-existent after the Ziacam nasal gel spray. For best results you should start taking it within 24 hours of first symptoms. My symptoms were a little older than that and it still did a terrific job for me. Get to feeling better real soon! Rule of thumb is that the Tylenol line of products is safe for us and our pouches. Hope all is going well, Rob
