What subdivision? My mom has a place in PotNets (Lakeside) and it's okay there . . . my friend in Bay City has a few inches of water covering his yard, had to move his vehicles up to the main road through the development.

To all the residents that live in Millsboro. How is the flooding down there. I am so afraid that our wee house is under water...:(

Don't know yet if I can make it, yet but if I can (hopefully), are we supposed to bring the actual food and the recipe, or just the recipe?
Hope all is well with the Victory group...I know it's been a few months since I've been there. Hope to see you all next week.

Topic: Plastic Surgery
Hi!
I'm 1 1/2 years out and want to begin looking for a plastic surgeon. I live in the southern part of NJ - almost into Delaware, and "just over the bridge" from Philadelphia.
Can anyone reccommend a plt. surgeon I can check into? I have some names from my RNY dr. but would appreciate any help on a more personal level.
Thanks!

Topic: Crossing Over to Transfer Addictions
http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/crossingtotransferaddictions/
Hi All,
There is a new OH Online Support Group. The above link will get you there.
It's called Crossing Over to Transfer Addictions.
This group discusses the issue of transfer addictions (also known as cross addictions) after weight loss surgery. there are millions of people who have undergone gastric bypass who are now dealing with issues of addiction transfer.
For a number of people, giving up overeating leads to adoption of a new compulsion. Addiction transfer occurs when someone is unable or unwilling to rely on one compulsion (for us, it was food) and so switches to a new compulsion (alcohol, drugs, sex, gambling, shopping, internet, porn, etc) due to not having dealt with the underlying issue behind the compulsion.
***Please feel free (and safe) to join and discuss any and/all issues you have regarding Transfer Addiction. ***
WE WILL SUPPORT EACH OTHER WITHOUT JUDGEMENT!

Topic: RE: research - revision surgery
Where did your Dad have surgery ? What is wrong with his bypass? There are several Drs who do revisions but you need something to revise. Is his stoma or pouch stretched? Need to know more. See you lighter. Joanne
Topic: RE: CHOOSING A BARIATRIC SURGEON
YOU may be going to a Dr. working out of a center of excellence, but the particular Dr. I had in mind, is no longer permitted to do any WLS, other than the lapband, in the State of Maryland, so set up, in Deleware, so everyone should be very cautious!
