Debbie, I hope Debbie gets all the wounds healed and all this will be behind her soon. I know she must be frustrated.
I signed up for the Mindful Eating course, but have not heard if I got in yet. People can still apply until the 27th and then it depends on how many applicants there are.

I was planning on going to Victory tonight, but I not sure if I will make it. My daughter is moving next week and I am trying to help her pack and get everything ready so it depends on how my day goes.

Topic: Monday Roll Call

Good morning all from Lower Slower Delaware ! Life has been keeping me busy. I retired and am now working 3 p/t jobs. Debbie's wound is almost healed but she now has a new opening. She goes to see Dr. Fenelli on Wednesday so we will know then. I will not be surprised if she gets admitted back to the hospital. Please keep her in your prayers. We will not be at the Victory Meeting on Tuesday but hope to be back soon. We do miss you all greatly but right now we are worried about Debbie's healing. What is all up to these days? Anyone taking the mindful eating course ? The beach is very busy. Everyone and their brother is down here now. See you lighter. Joanne

Hi Amy!
My kids are 10 and 13 and absolutely loved the tubing. We did the 2 hour trip. We went to the North Brook Canoe in PA. There is also Wilderness Canoe Trips in Tallyville. They're the same price for the tubing. The pic's from the wilderness looks better than what river part we floated down. Same type of tubes.
Can't wait to see you Tuesday night!

Sorry - no DS surgeons in DE. The closest you'll get to MD are Dr. Elarainy in Woodbridge, VA; Dr. Peters in Scranton, PA; and Dr. Greenbaum in Willingboro, NJ. If you'd drive up to NYC, though, you'll find a bunch of them there! I live in Wilmington and went to NYC for my DS 3 years ago.

Also, you could check www.dsfacts.com and www.duodenalswitch.com for qualified DS surgeons. There used to be one at Johns Hopkins, but he's no longer doing a full DS - he'll do the VSG first and then do the DS as a revision. It doesn't offer the same weight loss, and it's twice you have to go under anesthesia.

Judy-- how was the tubing ? Ive been thinking baout taking the kids to do that they are 10 and 12.

I was camping this past week in NH it was fantastic. I got home friday morning and I went back to work friday night . It was my first time ever camping. Ive always been afraid because my asthma was so bad....however since losing this weight my asthma is almost completely non-existent.

Im going to be able to go to the meeting at victory tuesday im excited its been a while. I have a couple people Im trying to get to come with me.
