Hello and Welcome!
Congratulations on deciding to have surgery! It would be helpful to ween yourself off of sodas now and caffeine. Start drinking more water and if you don't exercise now is a good time to start walking. I wouldn't buy too much protein supplements right now, your taste may change after the surgery and you could be left with lots of powder that gags you! I personally didn't do too much to get ready except for reading up on the surgery as much as possible. Don't pack too much, I wore the clothes home that I came in. Robe, slippers, chap stick and toiletries. Thats about all you need.

Hi everyone Im a new member really dont know where to start I have been going to Dr. Wynn for my surgery getting the bypass. I have been to my physo meeting and was looking for some way to get my self prepared for my surgery which is suppose to be in Sept. Any suggestions about what i should be doing.
