wow my little sister is 12 and ithink she has the opposite problem i think she tries not to eat. she used to have a belly but its gne she takes dance at cab calloway plus dances 2 days a week outside of school. She needs to eat. My other sister is no role model she wont eat before going to the pool even if shes hungry because it pushes her stomach out, she has been addicted to diet pills and I dont want to see the younger one start down that path.

I'm so mad . . . can't find a sitter for the kids . . . my daughter (the 20-year-old one) has to wor****il 10pm tomorrow so she's unavailable, and I don't have anyone else I can trust to give my little guy his bedtime insulin shot. I hate being a single parent and being trapped and strapped financially all of the time, grrrrrrrrrr.

BJ, You might not be where you want to be but look at it this way : at least you haven't gained more. I am going to group theropy in D.C. on Thursdays to find out why I sabbatage myself. My lowest weight was 220. I went back up to 270 and now I am down to 253. I am losing again but am so afraid of yoyoing. I feel I am doing everything right at this point and pray I continue. I am doing a food log, going to theropy and joined boot camp at the gym. My legs are really sore from yesterday but I will be back there tomorrow. Hope all else is well with you. See you lighter. Tia, Old Mill is a great place to eat. I have not been to the one in Ocean City but I have been to the one in Delmar. If you guys are going to Ocean City I would recommend Hall's . They have a seafood bar, reg food bar and a salad bar. Old Mill has all you can eat crabs, all you can eat . crabs and shrimp. Also with that you get huss puppies,corn, fried chicken and fried shrimpees. They do have a menu with seafood and chicken also. Phillips and Bonfire is also good for seafood . I have not been there but my family loves it. If you are going to Old Mill I would sujest getting there early for they always have a long wait. Where ever you guys decide I would like to join you.
