BJ , Glad to see you back. We went to ACTS today. Debbie bought a pair of 14 Jeans that fit. She had a good day with that ending WOW MOMENT. I bought some fresh zuccini and cooked it for dinner. Even Alexus ate it. See you lighter. Joanne

Thanks ! I am trying my best. I just want to get back to my lowest weight at this point. I have 36 more pounds to loss to get there.  Then I have 30-40 lbs to lose to get to the goal I want. I know I can do it but it is a struggle everyday. Good luck to you too. We can do this. See you lighter. Joanne

I also gained weight back.  Lost 122 and regained 60.  Went through medical issues, developed alopecia and just caved in.  But back on tract and have lost 18.  Have come to grips with the fact that I will always be bald.  Don't want to be fat also.  Good luck on yout recommitment.!

Hi -- I'm here! Haven't had a spare minute to participate on the boards lately. It just occurred to me that I have not bought ONE brand new item of clothing since my WLS (almost 5 years out next week). I shop at Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc. LOL  and I have so many clothes in my closet it is RIDICULOUS. Gotta weed some of these out.

We are having a mild rainy June here at the beach . . . my tomato plants aren't doing well but the cukes in the container garden on the back deck are going crazy. I love fresh vegetables now and can't wait for my garden to "take off."

Hope everyone is having a good summer!

Good Morning Delaware and Friends. It is a cool rainy morning in Lower Slower Delaware. How is everyone doing ? Alexus and I went to the Outlets yesterday to shop. We walked for about 3 hours. She had a $25 gift card which she spent along with some of my money.  She is 11 and not a bargain shopper like me. I go for the bargains. I did buy a couple of things from the Disney Outlet to put up for Christmas and I got a new pair of sneakers from Vans. Alexus got a pair and they were buy one get one 1/2 price so the second pair I got for me. Well I am heading down to Debbie's for breakfast so I will see all lighter. Joanne

Judy, I am glad your daughter is still coming and enjoyed Rob"s shakes. He makes the best.  My granddaughter really likes the Crazy Monkey. She begs for that one. It has chocolate protein, banana and peanut butter.  We really miss coming to the meeting but we will be back soon and Debbie will be healed with her New Body. See you lighter. Joanne
