On the greek yogurt question, it has great protein! Their are a few brands out there. Acme carries at least two. It tastes and looks like sour cream so I add SF strawberry jam and a equal packet to it. I also use it in place of sour cream. I also have used it in protein shakes to up the protein.
Its good stuff!

I'm already a winner, now I'm ready to be a looser
No. 1 lurker here. Hope everything is going well with you and Debbie. I told her that plastic is the most painful thing that anyone ever goes through. Once the drains are out, things should get better. Glad to hear your exercising. I missed the May meeting at Victory because of work, and I was suppose to do another smoothie presentation. So I think I'll be doing it in June.
I did lose 4 pounds in May. Hopefully I don't lose anymore. My new secret formula is dropping Crystal Light and replacing it with White Tea. May not work for everyone, but it certainly works for me. Check out http://www.whiteteacentral.com/whiteteaweightloss.html.
See you in June...

I tried to post yesterday and the darn computer froze up!
Kudos to both of you for exercising. Can't seem to do that and Dr. Peters said any more weight that comes off of me will be from exercising. Ugg. I don't think I'll be loosing any more.
Until Victory... Have a great day!

Hope everything goes well with Debbie. Good luck trying to revive the Delaware Board, I don't know if CPR will even help.
LOL, lots of lurkers, no partakers!
Have a Great Day!
