There are a lot of good recipes on theworldaccordingtoeggface.com. I have used some and they are quite good even some suggestions on making protein ice cream.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!

Does anyone have any really good Protein shake recipes??

ROB i know your the SHAKE KING and i hear about how awesome yours are- and i know everyone was looking forward to them at VICTORY last week. dont worry ill let it go this time. but i dont think Syreeta will! (haha) I just recently invest in a "BULLETT" as i hear thats ALOT better then the blender....
