As most of you know Debbie is having surgery Thursday. She is having hernia repair and excess skin removed from her stomach. Dr. Fenelli told her she would still have some skin so don't exspect to wear a bikini. You know Debbie ! She told him she has so much skin on her thighs ,that she could wave to the dolphins  ! I am going to D.C. with her and will stay until she is released. Please keep her in your prayers. Beleive me she can not tolerate pain and this is a painful surgery. Once we are back in Delaware, I will do a post and let all know how she is doing. After losing 170 lbs she deserves this surgery. I will be there with her for this part of her journey. I personally will not be there this month, but I usually make it there. Hope you are doing okay. Getting in your protein and water? How about exercise? Whoa, Nicole! Good for you! 9 pounds in less than one week! You go girl!!! I'm so glad it is now working for you!  What a great Mother's Day surprise!
