Yes, you're right, I HAVE come a long way! But I have a long way to go, too. Thanks for your kind words. I hope by summer to have a few more pounds off, and then I will be confident enough to try the roller coaster!

Hope things are going well with you & Debbie, etc. It sounds like you had a great time in Niagra Falls. What a fun trip that must have been! That's somewhere I have always wanted to go, and hope to within the next few years. I'll probably go on a bus trip.

I know you are busy between your upcoming surgery and Debbie's. I hope they go well for the both of you...you all deserve the very best!

Great to hear from you!  Sounds like you had a great trip.
We missed you at the support meeting Tuesday.  My daughter was disappointed Debbie wasn't there, lol.  Your surgery dates are coming fast and before you know it, you'll be in the recovery room.  May be we'll get to see you next month.

Hi all, Just wanted to stop in and let you know Debbie and I are still alive. We spent last week in Niagara Falls. What an experience that was. One of my earrings is still in the FEAR Factory thanks to Debbie. So much for protecting your mother. She used me as a shield and you know with her mouth they kept messing with her. We got back Friday night. I had to work doubles all weekend. I must admit it all caught up with me yesterday. Debbie and I were both so tired. We are resting up for our weekend in Ocean City this weekend at Francis Scott Key resort. We have nothing else planned after that until October when we will be in New York City for the OH Convention. Hope all will join us there. Debbie has her surgery May 14th. She is so excited !!! I hope to have mine in June. I have crossed all my T's and dotted all my I's. I have one more clearence to get and one visit with Dr. Fennelli. I think you will be glad to know Dr. Fenelli now has his patients do a 2 week high protein liquid diet before surgery . They have found the success rate is better with it. So the next person who has to do it please think of this fact. I have learned so much as my journey continues. I have also learned so much from Dr. Koch after he discovered bacteria overgrowth. Since he has been treating me over a year I think we both learned alot about the effects and treatment.  See you lighter. Joanne
