Yesterday and today I have done a bit better with the food, still eating too much but trying to at least make what I eat protein vs. carbs . . . today is dreary outside and the kids are so tired of being cooped up . . . I did manage to get some cleaning and organizing done in spite of them though.

Some wonderful lady dropped off a used mountain bike for me (met her on the FreeCycle list). So now I will have a way to work if I can't convince my mother to sign the car title over (it's not looking likely, unfortunately). The car tags are officially dead this coming Wednesday.  :-(

I live exactly one mile from my office so biking there really isn't too farfetched -- I am laughing thinking how silly I will look pedalling up in my boss' driveway. She will probably think I have lost my mind LOL.

Judy, I will let you know Tuesday at the Victory meeting what was desided about my surgery. It is a favorable decision for me but one I didn't expect.  Let me just say I went into the Dr's office thinking I'm not going thru with this and I came out with a whole new option and a positive attitude and hope. Debbie will not be at Tuesday's meeting so I'm sure you will here her reaction to this next month. She is telling everyone how she feels about  the event. Talk with you soon. are the meetings over by 9pm? I normally leave seaford at 9pm to go to work in annapolis. I work overnights.
How long do you think it will take me from seaford to get there, so i can judge my traveling time?

I'm having a good weekend.  On thursday, the owners of my company in Wilmington announced that they were selling the company!  All i'm thinking is please let me have a job.  Well the new company Canteen, a division of Compass Food Service hired me and I am soooo thankful.  All I could think of was how I was gonna pay the mortgage.  My husband finds out at the end of this month if he still has a job with Wendy's International out of Philadelphia.  Cut backs are killing us. 
It's good to see a little activity on the Delaware Boards.

Anytime you want to shop please give me a call. I love to just walk the outlets too. It is great exercise and I love looking for bargains. QVC outlet is my favorite store there. I can get Quacker Factory Jeans there for $12.  I'm really not into name brands but they fit really good.  I find most Jeans are hip huggers now and sorry I don't have the body for them. I like my pants pulled up. As far as thrift stores. They are my favorite. I work every other weekend but on my weekend off I am ready to go. Early if possible. You have to go to ACTS in Ocean View if you are looking for clothes. Their shirts are all 50 cents and pants $1. Best prices around. Watch the board for we are doing a couple of things as a group you might be interested in. We are going to Francis Scott Key resort in Ocean City in April and an OH Event in New York City in October.  I look forward to going shopping with you.
