This morning I had a cup of Trader Joe's Organic O's cereal, one cup of fresh strawberries, I cup of skim milk and 2 cups of coffee.

I had a piece of whole-wheat toast heaped with egg salad, a pepperoni stick with a pepper jack stick, and a second piece of toast with butter and cherry jam.

Three eggs, scrambled in butter with onion, dill, salt, & pepper. Four slices of bacon. Two slices whole wheat toast with butter, one with cherry preserves, too. I stopped at Dunkin Donuts after breakfast for a large iced coffee with cream & sugar.
I don't usually have time to cook breakfast during the school year, and usually grab a breakfast sandwich from Dunkin and toss half the croissant it comes on.

Ok, but you have to remember that I had the DS, so my snacks are going to be different. Plus, I'm 4 years postop, so I can eat!
Snacks can be:
2 hormel pepperoni sticks (1 oz each) & 2 pepper jack cheese sticks (Target brand)
4 oz cheddar melted on 9 rosemary & olive oil triscuits
1/3 c. peanut butter on a pop-rice, topped with 1/4 c. M&Ms.
leftover meat from dinner the night before (if there is any!)
apple or celery with peanut butter
popcorn loaded with butter
nuts or trail mix from Trader Joe's
any kind of full-fat cheese (but not bleu, because I hate that stuff!)
On rare occasion, I've had a protein shake, but I make them in the blender with ice and half & half, because I like them thick and milkshakey.

I had an Atkins Sweet 'n Salty protein bar for breakfast today because I was on the run. But generally I might have something like 1 or 2 scoops of Syntrax nectar mixed with 16 or 20 oz of water or maybe low fat cottage cheese or f.f. greek yogurt with fresh fruit.

I had a small salad of field greens and broccoli sprouts topped with 2.6 oz of albacore tuna and 1 tbs each of olive oil and balsamic vinegar (with a sprinkling of garlic/basil seasoning). I have this at least 3 times a week. So delicious!
