Topic: RE: what did you have for lunch today
That sounds good.
I had 1/2 of a ham and cheese sandwich and small salad.
For snack, I just had some SF lemon water ice. Yum! Our local sub shop sells it. $1 for small, $2 for large. Beats Ritas hands down.

Thanks Browen!
I usually save the authors name, but didn't in this case.
I love Shari's words of wisdom. She keeps it real!

That's from Shari (Jupiter6) on the RNY board. I know because she's an IRL friend. She's done an amazing job, losing well over 200 pounds and maintaining that loss. I'm incredibly proud to know her, and can attest that she does hard things all the time. She's an inspiration, truly.
Topic: RE: updating our bio pages
Hi Elisa....I figured it out.....but it has changed since the last time I posted. They changed the formatting so I had to do a copy paste of my old page and add it to the new one.....since there is a note that they wont be supporting the old format much longer.....
I love my old page. It was pink and even played music......and now plain white pages and silence. But I did find a weight loss tracker.....to help me be more accountable. Only bad thing...I had to start out with today's weight and not my original before WLS weight.
Thanks for trying. **hugs** Rose
