Hi Elisa....I have heard about grilled aspargus.....but havent figured out how to do it yet.  When I make asparagus, I usually marinate them in olive oil , fresh garlic and fresh ground pepper.  But I usually pop them in the oven in my meatloaf pan.  How long do you grill the aspargus?   Rose

Hey Rose and everyone else too. I love to grill. Aspargus is my favorite on the gril. l Sliced pineapple & peaches are awesome on the grill too. The flames make the fruit crystalize and it is yummy.  I bought a small steak, sprinkle a little montreal steak seasoning and have veg's. I usually marinate the veg's in a little olive oil with some seasonings and cook them til they get nice grill marks on each side.

Enjoy ((HUGS)) Elissa

The menu doesn't sound very post-WLS friendly???? And booze, gee I thought we were supposed to stay clear of liquor. Or at least drink in moderation?? Sounds like fun otherwise.

I'll be stoaking up the grill with burgers and dogs.  Gotta love the grill.  Don't know what I'm having yet.

Yeah, I've been taking it easy. I'll test a little bit well pureed.  A moist scrambled egg was good before...I don't know if I'd react differently to eggs prepared another way.

Pineapple is awesome!  My whole family loved it.  I grilled ham steaks but it would also go good with grilled chicken.

Interestingly, I didn't even know allrecipes.com existed until 5 years ago, when my (then 21 year old) son introduced me to it.  He'd been searching for something nice to cook for his girlfriend when he came across it.  I've been a fan of it ever since.

Hi Joe.....I just realized that you are a newbie.  I had trouble with eggs in the beginning.  Be careful,  eggs fill me up really fast even now 6 years later.

You could make a great peach smoothie with skim milk, vanilla unjury, a ripe fresh juicy peach and ice. YUMMY .......I might make myself one this weekend.

Hi Judy.....the pineapple sounds good.  I will be trying it hopefully this weekend.  Another fruit we tried was apples.....apples were just okay.  The peaches were awesome.

Nina...this sounds good.  I am going to have to try this.  I have gotten some good recipes from that site.
